Foggy Bottom

Foggy Bottom is known for its lingering fog that builds up from time to time as a result of neighboring the Potomac. It is also the site of many government buildings, including the Watergate Hotel and the U.S. Department of State, among numerous other national organizations. However, the area attracts a lot of attention as a highly desirable place for homeowners.

There is always something to do in Foggy Bottom thanks to the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The center hosts exceptional performances in music, dance, and drama on a daily basis. Living in Foggy Bottom also means having access to some of DC’s big name restaurants, loads of shops, and the nearby National Mall.
