Centreville

The town of Centreville has experienced much growth since the early 2000s, now with a population of nearly 75 thousand residents. As a result of its growth, there have been many new developments to the area, including the addition of a few tech companies. Outside of the lively community center, there are a number of shopping centers, restaurants and trail-ridden parks, making Centreville a wonderful place for families and young professionals.

With a wide variety of home styles, Centreville encompasses aesthetics of both past and present, which ties into its rich history. Centreville is the site of Manassas National Battlefield Park, a Civil War relic where people can take in history with guided tours or enjoy a day of horseback riding among many other outdoor activities.

One of the more appealing features of Centreville besides its continuous growth and charming scenery is the short distance from Washington, D.C. With three major roads linked to the town, it’s only a 30 minute commute to get deeper into the metropolitan area. It’s a perfect location for those who want to experience a quiet, friendly community while still being able to take in the city attractions on the weekends.
