Ziling “Sally” Yuan brings a global perspective, an educator’s patience, and a personalized approach to real estate throughout Northern Virginia. Originally from Southern China, Sally came to the United States in 2013 and has since lived and studied across Massachusetts, California, Texas and Australia—experiences that shaped her appreciation for diverse communities and the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home.

Before transitioning into real estate, Sally worked as an educator, teaching students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Her teaching background continues to influence the way she serves her clients today: with patience, clear communication, organization, and a commitment to making even the most complex parts of a real estate transaction feel approachable.

Sally’s passion for real estate developed through her own interest in investing, helping friends navigate real estate decisions, and her love of homes and interior design. Today, she works with buyers, sellers, investors, and families at every stage of their real estate journey, providing attentive and responsive service tailored to each client’s individual goals.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Sally is proud to serve Northern Virginia’s diverse and international community. She understands that real estate is both a financial decision and a deeply personal one, and she strives to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and confident from their first conversation through closing and beyond.

Outside of real estate, Sally enjoys life with her husband and their baby girl. She is also a dedicated Christian who enjoys cooking Asian-inspired cuisine and desserts to share with church friends. She also loves practicing yoga, traveling and experimenting with interior design.
