Dan’s passion for real estate began in high school where he began learning to manage his family’s real estate investments and started his journey in the real estate industry. A native of Northern Virginia, he has gained extensive knowledge of the Washington, DC real estate market and its unique market trends. After graduating from North Carolina State University, Dan moved back to the Northern Virginia area and pursued a career in financial management. Over the course of almost 10 years, he learned about finance, accounting, mortgage lending, and investing. Dan decided to make the transition to real estate full-time and has not looked back since. His listening skills, strong attention to detail, and work ethic ensure that his clients’ transactions are a positive experience. He is a licensed member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), VAR (Virginia Association of Realtors), and NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors).
